We are an Australian owned, family operated business based in Melbourne and through WRK Enterprises; we have been supplying the Australian Pet industry since 1983. In this e-commerce site you will be able to view our products and if you're a registered customer, you can view prices & place your order on-line.

Deliveries

All products displayed on this site are in stock. We ship goods upon receipt of order (usually within 1-2 days) and use Australia Post & Fastway as our main frieght carriers. If we forsee a delay in dispatching an order we will contact the customer as soon as possible. Goods usually arrive to the customer 5-7 days from date of order. Our freight rates are as follows;

Greater Melbourne - 20KG - $10
Victoria Regional - 20KG - $15
All other national - 5KG - $20

For deliveries over the above weight limits, we will call you back with a freight quote before shipping.

Returns

In the event of a product failure, we will re-supply the same product at no additional charge. Where we cannot re-supply the same product, we will offer a similar product or refund the cost of the faulty product. The customer must notify National Pet Supplies before any return of goods can be processed. We may request that the faulty goods be returned to us to vaidate any claims.
In the event of the wrong product being ordered by the customer, we will accept a return to stock if the product is un-opened and un-damaged. We will also charge a 5% re-stocking fee.

Prices

Prices for goods on this site can only be viewed by approved customers with a user id & password. All prices displayed does not include GST. GST is added to the order upon order confirmation/submission.
